Here are the links to add the different calendars. Keep in mind, if you add the All Campus Calendar and the Elgin Calendar you will see all the Elgin events twice. You can obviously toggle on and off each calendar in your viewing to remove doubles, so just something to keep in mind. I thought it might be nice to have the option to also view things by each campus. These instructions are on how to do this on a computer. As long as you are using the same account on your mobile device, these calendars will who everywhere that account is signed in

If you are wanting to import into Calendar (Apple, formally called ICal) here are your steps. 

1. Open Calendar App. 
2. Go to file in top left
3. Go to "New Calendar Subscription"
4. Copy and paste in corresponding link below, click red subscribe button
5. On the following screen, PLEASE BE SURE TO DO THE FOLLOWING

• Name the Calendar, it will default to "Connection Church" because that is the host calendar so any calendar linked below will default to that name. In interest of not being confused, rename it something like "staff" or "elgin" ect. 

• Beside the 'Name' blank, there is a drop down box to assign the calendar a specific color

• If you would like to receive notifications from this calendar, be sure that the 'alerts' box is checked. 

• please be sure that the 'attachments' box is checked. 

• Finally, set your auto refresh to every hour, especially on the staff calendar

6. After all the settings are correct, select "Okay" in the bottom right. The calendar should load shortly after.

If you are wanting to import into your Google Calendar here are your steps. 

1. Open your Gmail and Google Calendar (if in your email screen, go to the top right and select the 9 dot icon that will say google apps when hovered over. Select that icon and from there select the calendar option)
2. On the left hand side of your screen school down until you see "other calendars" underneath the "my calendar section"
3. Beside Other Calendars there will be a plus sign. Click the plus sign and then select "From URL"
4. Ensure that the "make the calendar publicly accessible option is unchecked
5. Click Add Calendar
6. The calendar will populate under the same "other calendars" option. Hovering slightly to the right of your new calendar will show an x and 3 vertical dots. Select the dots.
7. From here you can rename the calendar to something other than the default 'Connection Church' and assign it a specific color.
